Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or submitting a request for quote, you agree to these terms. If you are acting on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Quotations and Orders

• Quotations are an invitation to order, not a binding offer, and are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Where no period is stated, a quotation is valid for 7 days.
• A contract is formed only when we issue a written order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before confirmation, for example where stock is no longer available or where pricing was published in error.
• Availability shown on the website is indicative. Because we source through a global network, stock can change between the time a page is generated and the time an order is placed.

Pricing and Payment

• Prices are quoted in US dollars unless stated otherwise and exclude taxes and duties.
• Payment terms are as stated on the order confirmation or invoice. Unless credit terms have been agreed in writing, payment is due before dispatch.
• Prices for obsolete and allocated parts reflect market conditions at the time of quotation and may change if a quotation has expired.

Delivery, Title, and Risk

Delivery timescales are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery in accordance with the agreed shipping terms. Title passes only once we have received payment in full. Our Shipping Policy describes dispatch times, carriers, and customs handling in more detail.

Product Information

Specifications, datasheets, images, and lifecycle information on this site are provided for reference and are largely supplied by manufacturers and third-party data sources. They may contain errors or become outdated. You are responsible for verifying that a part is suitable for your application before ordering, including reviewing the current manufacturer datasheet.

Warranty

Components are covered by the warranty set out in our Warranty Policy. Except as stated there, and to the extent permitted by law, all other warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the amount paid for the components giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of production, downtime, or the cost of redesign or requalification.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

High-Risk Applications

Components sold by us are not qualified for use in life support, life sustaining, nuclear, or other applications where failure could reasonably be expected to cause death, personal injury, or severe environmental damage, unless we have agreed to such use in writing. Where you use components in such applications, you do so at your own risk.

Export Control and Compliance

Components may be subject to export control and sanctions laws. You agree not to export, re-export, or divert components in breach of any applicable law, and to provide end-use and end-user information where we are required to collect it. We may suspend or cancel an order where compliance screening requires it.

Returns and Cancellations

Returns require prior authorisation. Non-stock, custom, programmed, and specially sourced obsolete components are generally non-returnable. Where a return is accepted, components must be unused and in original packaging with all labels and antistatic protection intact.

Intellectual Property

The content and layout of this website are owned by MOZ Electronics or its licensors. Manufacturer names, trademarks, and part numbers are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Their use does not imply any affiliation or endorsement unless expressly stated.

Acceptable Use

You may not scrape, mirror, or systematically extract data from this site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use it in a way that interferes with its operation or the use of it by others.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
