Shipping Policy
How MOZ Electronics processes, packs, and ships orders worldwide, including delivery estimates, customs handling, and what to do if a shipment is delayed or damaged.

Order Processing
Orders for components held in stock are dispatched the same business day when payment and compliance checks are complete before our daily cut-off. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Components sourced to order, including obsolete and allocated parts, are dispatched once they arrive and pass incoming inspection. We confirm the expected lead time on the order confirmation and keep you updated if it changes.
Delivery Estimates
| Service | Typical transit time |
|---|---|
| International express | 2–5 business days |
| International economy | 5–10 business days |
| Freight (bulk or heavy shipments) | Quoted per shipment |
Transit times are estimates from the date of dispatch and exclude customs clearance. They are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, and customs inspection.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is quoted per order based on weight, dimensions, destination, and the service you select. The cost is shown on your quotation and order confirmation before you commit to the order. Where you prefer to use your own carrier account, tell us at the quotation stage and we will ship freight collect.
Carriers
We ship worldwide using established international express carriers. Tracking details are emailed once the shipment leaves our facility. If you have a preferred carrier or a specific service level requirement, let us know when requesting a quote.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs handling charges levied by the destination country. Unless your quotation states otherwise, these charges are payable by you and are not included in the shipping cost. We declare shipments accurately and cannot mark goods as gifts or understate their value.
We provide the commercial invoice, packing list, and country-of-origin information needed for clearance. Additional documentation such as certificates of conformance can be supplied on request.
Export Compliance
Shipments are subject to export control and sanctions screening. Some components and some destinations require additional documentation or a licence before we can ship, which may affect the dispatch date. See our Terms of Service for the compliance obligations that apply to your order.
Packaging and ESD Protection
Components are packed to protect against electrostatic discharge, moisture, and mechanical damage. Moisture-sensitive devices are shipped in sealed dry packs with a humidity indicator card and desiccant, and reels, tubes, and trays are retained where supplied. Original manufacturer packaging and labelling are preserved so traceability is not broken.
Partial Shipments
Where an order contains several line items with different lead times, we can ship the available items first and the remainder when ready. Tell us your preference when ordering, since partial shipment may involve additional shipping charges.
Delivery Address Changes
Address changes can usually be accommodated before dispatch. Once a shipment is with the carrier, redirection may not be possible and any carrier charge for redirection will be passed on.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
Inspect your shipment on arrival. Report visible damage or shortages within 5 business days of delivery, with photographs of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and labels, so we can file a carrier claim in time. If tracking shows no movement for several days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Handling of damaged goods is covered by our Warranty Policy.
